Student Voices: Student Discussion Availability

 

  • Please fill out the form below to provide your tentative availability for student discussion sessions. A Close Up Representative will contact you once a match for your school has been made to confirm the date and time. Please note, each session is 45-minutes and we will hold discussions from September 21 – October 30, 2020. If you registered multiple classrooms, you will need to fill out this form for each individual classroom using the Classroom Enrollment Codes from your Student Voices confirmation email.
  • Five digit numeric code can be found in your Student Voices confirmation email.

  • Each week you will need to be available the same time and day for a total of four consecutive weeks.

  • Next, please select all day(s) and time(s) your classroom would have availability for a discussion. Times listed below are listed in Eastern Standard Time.
