Please complete the form below to book your hotel room for the NNSP Annual Conference. Each adult attending must complete the reservation form and payment below to secure the discounted room rate with Close Up.

Close Up has secured rooms at the Residence Inn Arlington Capital View (2850 S Potomac Ave, Arlington, VA 22202). If you book after November 15, the cost will be $250/night. All payments and reservations are nonrefundable; however, we are able to accommodate name swaps for the hotel reservations.

All rooms must be booked no later than December 20.

Please note the conference runs February 5-7, 2025. Early arrival check-in date will be February 4. Close Up cannot book rooms outside of these dates.
