To celebrate 50 years of valued partnership between Close Up and Belen Jesuit Preparatory School, we are proud to establish the Patrick Collins Close Up Scholarship to support Close Up students with financial need from Belen Jesuit and the greater Miami area.

No teacher in Close Up history has partnered with the Foundation for longer or with greater distinction than Patrick Collins. And we are grateful to expand the opportunity he has given to so many young people since 1975: to travel to Washington, D.C., to interact with history and government, and to practice the skills of engaged citizenship.
