Our virtual civic engagement programs connect students with peers nationwide and help create lasting communities. Students gain the confidence to discuss and deliberate on important issues, understand different perspectives, and work together to build consensus and connection to their communities and the world around them. With the guidance of Close Up’s experienced facilitators, students come away engaged, inspired, and motivated to continue the vital work of active citizenship in their communities.
